The holiday flat is ready for occupancy from 16:00 on the day of arrival. If you should arrive after 18:00, it is necessary to inform the landlord in advance. Individual agreements regarding arrival times can be made directly with the landlord.

When do I have to check out?

On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Individual departure times can be arranged in consultation with the landlord.

What happens in the event of cancellation?

If you have to cancel the reserved room, the following rules apply:

) You can cancel the room free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
) Up to 2 days before arrival, 80% of the agreed service will be charged
) In the event of no-show or later cancellation or early departure, 100% of the agreed service will be charged.
